Plasterboard plug “INTEGRAL“ in made of a special glass-fibre reinforced
plastic. It is characterised by a high stability by turning in.
A particular benefit is its integrated drill head. An additional setting
tool is not necessary. A standard screw driver is quite enough.
Because the maximum insert depth is 30 mm only, the plug can
be mounted on plasterboard which is glued directly on the wall or
mounted on thin lathing on the wall. The collar prevents slipping
of the plug into the drillhole. The plug is suitable for handling with
chipboard screws.
An additional advantage: the plasterboard “INTEGRAL“ can be used
in gipsumfiberboard as e.g. Fermacell®. In this case pre-drilling with
drill Ø 6 mm is necessary. Then standard screw driver can be used
to screw in the plug. Afterwards the element can be fastened with
screw.
